This is horrible. I can't believe someone would do this and yet, it's happened here in our "life as it should be" town not once but twice.

It's happened more than twice...it just wasn't reported in the news. I used to have a dog that was a victim of a similar attack. He was a Corgi that had been burned with acid down his spine... I have no idea why he was chosen, but he came into my life because his owners didn't want to deal with it. After alot of TLC he's now happily living out the rest of his days at a ranch in Lancaster.
