I've written before about these so-called smart meters and problems PG&E seems to have but refuses to acknowledge.
Well, they're baaaaaack. And so are their glitches. Here's my column on it.
It seems that in other parts of the world, there haven't been the kinds of problems we're seeing here. I wonder what the difference could be? Perhaps a company with a cultural attitude that customers don't count.
