They say it's not sporting to enter a duel of wits with an unarmed opponent, but I admit I couldn't help myself.
To understand the circumstance of my column in tomorrow's paper, you have to go back a bit and read my Aug. 9 column about developers suing the city over its appropriately increased traffic impact fee, THEN read radio personality Inga Barks' Aug. 15 response to my column and FINALLY read my column in tomorrow's paper.
